B-1B "Lancer" aircraft belt buckle. This is part of the "Military Aircraft Collector Series" from Buckle Connection, first issued in 1983. The reverse carries the Rockwell International (they built the plane) trademark.
It measures about 3 1/4 inches by 2 inches, with a 1 3/4 inch swinging bale.
Very good condition.
