Carved stone seal on rock.
The underside is inscribed "Hamby" (or, possibly "Haniby") with "Ken" inked in above. It's in the style of Native American/First Family carvings but we haven't been able to track the artist.
It's 4 inches high, 2 1/4 inches wide.
